SAME DAY DISPATCH
At Tia Knight Fabrics we believe in highly efficient service to ensure customers receive their order ASAP. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day (Mon-Fri). *This excludes bank holidays.
We use Royal Mail, so you should aim to receive your fabric within 2-3 working days approx. When selecting a next day delivery option please note that we will only dispatch orders placed before 1pm, any orders after this time will be shipped the following working day. So if you require your material urgently please place the order before 1pm between Mon-Thurs.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For orders made outside the UK, we ship worldwide using various couriers. Delivery times for international orders depend on the location and the courier service, however customers can expect to wait up to 8 days on average.
RETURNS
Tia Knight aims to provide the highest quality fabric to our customers. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund. Refunds will only be made once we receive the returned goods in their original condition, within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept claims for fabric once cut. Unfortunately we are not liable to refund postage costs. PLEASE NOTE- WE DO NOT REFUND SAMPLES & CLEARANCE/SECONDS-SALE ITEMS
